The Law Firm of Scott D. Goldberg marks its 15th anniversary in 2009!This year marks the 15th anniversary of Attorney Goldberg's law firm. Through the high standards upon which his firm was built, Attorney Goldberg has dedicated himself to helping many hundreds of people by providing personal attention and making the responsible person or company pay for the harm they caused. Thank you to all our clients who have trusted Scott to represent them, and for recommending him to family and friends. Attorney Goldberg was a key speaker on arbitration at the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys' (MATA) Suburban Lunch Forum.In January 2009 Attorney Goldberg was selected to organize and present the plaintiff's perspective of arbitrating personal injury cases at the trial academy's lunch meeting. He organized a panel including a defense attorney and an arbitrator to share his insight on preparing for and representing accident victims. The Law Firm of Scott D. Goldberg continued its tradition by supporting the Boston Police Patrolmen's Association.Attorney Goldberg is honored and privileged to support and represent members of police departments across the state including, Boston, MassCop and numerous individual departments. Most recently, the law firm made contributions to the scholarship fund and to families of injured officers. And on a personal note...Scott earned another Black Belt in the martial arts.Scott first trained in the martial arts in 1980. He obtained a black belt in his second style, Shaolin Kempo Karate, and became a Sensei in 1991. After many years off, Scott began training in another style, Ed Parker's Kenpo karate, and at age 46 recently earned another black belt. |
